Details of Posts, Qualification and Experience
(i) Medical Officer
MBBS with Minimum 3 yrs of Relevant Experience and Registration in Indian Medical Association or Medical Council of Uttar Pradesh.
(ii) ANM
ANM with Minimum 2 yrs of Experience and Registration in Medical Council of UP.
(iii) Pharmacist
B.Pharma/M.Pharma with Minimum of 2 yrs Experience and Registration in Medical Council of UP.
(iv) Lab Technician
BMLT/DMLT with Minimum of 2 yrs Experience and Registration in Medical Council of UP.
(v) Driver
12th Pass and Valid Heavy Vehicle License with Minimum of 3 yrs Experience.
Pay Scale/Salary
Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualification.
